Integration between two on-line maritime services saves time and increases efficiency for common customers
San Diego, CA--October 20, 2008--PortVision, a leading provider of information solutions for the maritime industry, announced today it has partnered with Heidenreich Innovations LLC to provide 1-click access to Q88.com directly from within the PortVision service. This integration will allow users of both services to view real-time and historical vessel locations in PortVision, and then easily access context-sensitive vessel data for over 4,800 tankers through a deep hyperlink to Q88.com.
“Heidenreich Innovations LLC and PortVision share a common vision of leveraging technology to allow users in the maritime industry to significantly increase efficiency and reduce the cost of doing business. Our two companies share many common customers and this collaboration immediately brings measurable benefits to users of both systems,” said Dean Rosenberg, President of PortVision.
Fritz Heidenreich, President of Heidenreich Innovations LLC added, "We are pleased to offer the PortVision users a direct link to the ship information available on Q88.com. We firmly believe that the information should be readily accessible from any system which could benefit from it.”
